The Butterfly Innovation is all about creating transformation, growth, and metamorphosis within you. I am here to guide and support you in overcoming your fears and challenges that will ultimately propel you into your most authentic, amazing self.

Healing is for sure a journey that is not always easy. That is where my support comes in - to challenge and encourage you to tap into your unique, inner strengths; to provide a safe and compassionate environment; to empower you into reaching your goals; to assist you in loving yourself just the way you are.

The Person Behind the Scenes

Hi, I'm Lisa.

Who am I? A South African bubbly woman with a holistic outlook on life and a drive to challenge the stigma around mental health.

When it comes to wellbeing, I believe in integrating a client's mind, body, and soul in order to reach their happiest and most wholesome self. I am both a Specialist Wellness Counsellor with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP) and a trained coach practitioner (ICF and COMENSA).

I am beyond just these titles that make up my career.

I love to laugh, have fun, and be outdoors.

I love to get creative, share parts of my own healing journey, and be authentic with my clients.
