If you are just needing a listening ear to release your burdens and cope with the daily stresses of life, then this may be the right space for you. 

Coaching is also a safe and confidential space for a person to be vulnerable in. However, it differs from counselling in the sense that it focuses on the client's future and desired goals. 

Coaching can be used as a tool to assist the client in exploring obstacles and creating strategies that help them achieve their ultimate goal/s and reach their happiest potential. 

Coaching services include:

  •  personal goal-setting

 •  exploring and executing healthy lifestyle changes 

 •  becoming comfortable with change.
